relief
I am happy to announce that last night Clara slept for eight hours straight and she did not scream her head off tonight! I want to celebrate somehow, but out of fear that she would wake up, I think I'll opt for finishing the laundry and dishes that I started earlier today. Uggg.
Today has been a very nice day. I had a good day with the kids and then later Josh and Linda Green stopped by on a walk and stayed to talk for awhile. It's so difficult to get two growing families together that when it happens spontaneously, it's a beautiful thing. What made it even better was that Clara was just waking up from her nap, so I got to sit and nurse Clara while I talked to Linda and I didn't have to worry about being quiet enought to keep Clara asleep. After many long hard days, today feels particularly sweet.
Right now I'm listenting to Matt playing guitar. He'll be the first to tell you that he's still learning, but I love listening to him play. God sure did give me a husband I don't deserve. He's the most humble, patient, talented person I know and I'm so thankful that he's mine.
Mmmm. What a day.

It's kind of weird that with you a minute up the road I need to keep in touch with you on the phone and computer. It is hard making time for getting together between kids naps. Just know I indentify so much with where you are at and it's encouraging reading your words. love you
